Standard Shipping

At ELITEQUO, we offer flat-rate shipping at $5.99 for all orders, with free standard shipping on orders over $39.99. Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, but please note that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays—if your order is held up, contact our customer service team for assistance.

For in-stock items, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for warehouse processing before your order ships out. Pre-order items will ship by the estimated date listed on the product page (express shipping is not recommended for pre-orders, as it won’t expedite production).

Sales & Use Tax

Sales & Use Tax Policy

At ELITEQUO, we collect Sales & Use Tax ("Sales Tax") as required by law for orders shipped to applicable U.S. states. Here's what you need to know:

1. What is Sales & Use Tax?

Sales Tax is a state-mandated charge applied to purchases shipped to participating U.S. states. The tax amount will appear at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

2. How is Sales Tax Calculated?

  • Based on your order total after discounts (if applied).
  • May include taxes on shipping fees (if taxable in your state).
  • The final amount is displayed before you complete checkout.

3. Are Taxes Refundable?

Yes! If you return an item, the Sales Tax portion will be refunded to your original payment method or ELITEQUO store credit.

Note:

  • As of April 1, 2019, most U.S. states require online sales tax collection.
  • Store credit cannot be used to pay Sales Tax.
  • Reward points are not earned on the tax portion of orders.

Restrictions

Shipping address limitations

To ensure your ELITEQUO order arrives safely, please provide a complete shipping address including street/building numbers and apartment/unit details if applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses worldwide, and P.O. Boxes are only supported in the U.S. with standard shipping. Deliveries to non-continental European islands and territories are also unavailable。

Failed Delivery Situation

Please note we cannot be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, missing contact information, or unclaimed packages. If you need to correct your order details, please email support@shopelitequo.com immediately with your order number and updated information - but please note changes cannot be made after shipment.

For deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and other territories, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery, and be prepared to potentially pick up your package from your local post office.
