Shipment Fee

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $59.99.

A standard shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders under this amount.

Please be aware that deliveries to U.S. Outlying Islands require an additional shipping fee of $398 and are currently available only for Portable Power Stations. To ensure a smooth process, we will send you a confirmation email after you complete your order. We will only proceed with shipping once your confirmation is received. Shipment Processing Time
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not apply to pre-sale products.
  • Potential Delays: During peak seasons or periods of high volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding. We recommend allowing a few extra days for transit.
  • Proactive Communication: If a significant delay occurs, we will proactively contact you via email with an update.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and display updates in the carrier's system.

If you do not see any tracking activity after 5 business days from the shipment date, please contact our support team at support@shopelitequo.com for assistance.

Failed Delivery Situation

Please note we cannot be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, missing contact information, or unclaimed packages. If you need to correct your order details, please email support@shopelitequo.com immediately with your order number and updated information - but please note changes cannot be made after shipment.

For deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and other territories, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery, and be prepared to potentially pick up your package from your local post office.

Our current primary shipping carriers are UPS, FEDEX, DHL and more.

Shipping & Warranty Coverage
  • Shipping Destinations: ELITEQUO currently ships orders exclusively within the contiguous United States.
  • Outlying Islands Shipping: We also offer shipping to certain U.S. outlying islands, such as Puerto Rico and Alaska. Please note that an additional shipping fee applies.
  • Important Warranty Notice: Please be advised that warranty services are not available for orders shipped to U.S. outlying islands. Our warranty coverage is exclusively provided within the contiguous United States.
Order Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Split Shipments: To ensure the fastest delivery, items from a single order may be shipped separately from different warehouses. While we endeavor to consolidate deliveries, you may receive multiple packages at different times. You will receive a separate shipment notification email for each package dispatched.

Transfer of Risk & Title: All sales made on elitequo.com are governed by a delivery contract. The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our transfer of the items to the carrier.

Returns Policy

Our full Return & Refund Policy outlines the options and procedures for returning your order. Please review the following important conditions:

  • Failed Deliveries Due to Customer Non-Cooperation: If a parcel cannot be successfully delivered due to customer non-cooperation (e.g., an incorrect/insufficient address, repeated absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package), and the parcel is returned, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  • Customized Products: Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products. If a delivery attempt for a customized product fails, the customer will be contacted for re-delivery and will be responsible for the corresponding shipping fees.
