ELITEQUO 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We stand by our products with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our support team at support@shopelitequo.com to initiate a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To Qualify for a Refund:
- Unused & Undamaged: Products must be in their original condition with no signs of use, damage, or customization.
- Complete Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable) must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or invoice from the official ELITEQUO website (elitequo.com) is required.
How It Works
- Contact Support: Email us at support@shopelitequo.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Authorization: Wait for our reply with return instructions and authorization.
- Return Shipping: For change of mind or non-quality issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items: ELITEQUO will provide a prepaid return label.
- Inspection & Processing: We will inspect the returned item upon arrival and begin the refund process within 5 business days after approval.
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transfer.
Where is my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
* Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to high processing volume in the warehouse.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to the PayPal, Klarna or the online payment method you chose within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the online payment providers with questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.
- If you paid using a ELITEQUO gift card, your refund will be issued as a gift card to your ELITEQUO account.
- If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
Additional Information
Final Sale
- Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: panties and accessories (except for scarves).
Instant Refund Service:
The Instant Refund Service is available only to select customers and is non-transferable. Elitequo provides a instant refund for these select customers with prior approved refunds, prioritizing their refund processing within 24 hours. However, the actual arrival time of the refund is based on the processing time of your payment institution. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important Notes
- Non-ELITEQUO Purchases: This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official ELITEQUO website (elitequo.com). For products purchased through other retailers or channels, please contact your original point of purchase for support.
- Late Returns: Return requests for non-defective items received after the 14-day guarantee period cannot be accepted.

Note that elitequo.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@shopelitequo.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
