This knife set looks great on the counter and performs even better. The German stainless steel blades are sharp, well‑balanced, and the built‑in sharpener makes upkeep effortless. I love that the whole set is dishwasher‑safe, and the Night Flash design gives it a sleek, modern look.

I needed a new knife set and looked for a bargain. As such the reviews of this set lead my choice. I have not used the knives yet but I am very surprised at the weight as they are much lighter than I expected. The blocked has a good weight and appears durable. The set up was “easy peasy” although I am unsure about cleaning because the blades are actually black which was a pleasant surprise. I and not a fan of the faux gold band that will eventually peel off between the (plastic) handle and the blade it looks cheap/feels and detracts from the look of the set. Overall it was a good buy but should have been $30 or less. I cleaned with dawn dish soap and water but I’m not certain about the longevity of the knives being dishwasher safe due purely to the finish.

This is a nice upgrade to my old knife block, which is sitting beside it in the picture. The knife blades came with protective sleeves, which I appreciated. At first, I was disappointed that there wasn't a honing rod, but then I remembered the built-in sharpener on the side. I used it to sharpen the knives because they weren't sharp. I was taught that kitchen knives should be sharp enough to slice through a piece of paper. They should do the work of cutting, not you. These knives were nowhere near that sharp out of the box.I will also keep my honing rod from my old set. Knives need to be honed more often than sharpened. It aligns the blades, increasing the knife's efficiency and making it "feel" sharper due to the reduced effort required. Sharpening a knife regularly isn't necessary; it wears down the edge faster than honing. I digress.Now, the steak knives—they were sharp! Most likely because of the serrated blade. They do a great job, easily cutting through meat. I'm not a fan of the gold edging, but I don't hate it either.In addition to the six steak knives and the kitchen shears, there is (from bottom to top in the picture) a paring knife, utility knife, serrated bread knife, 7" rocking Sankoto knife, and 8" chef knife. The blades are ceramic. I'm curious to see how the black finish holds up against knife scrapes and dings.The handles sit very naturally in my hand. They're comfortable, and the knives are weighted appropriately. These aren't comparable to high-end Japanese knives that cost $100–$150 each, but they're good. Overall, I'm pleased.

Impressive! Very sharp knives and great value for the price. There are other sets that are cheaper, of course others that are more expensive. But for the price, this set is impressive for what you get. First of all, they are very sharp and appear to be of good quality. Of course, there has to be compromises somewhere and that is the handle in this case. The gold trip that holds the blade to the handle is nice looking, but plastic. A premium set might attach differently, such as with rivets and not have plastic trim. That is the only negative I can find. I love the included sharpener in the block and everything you need for a kitchen knife set, including a nice pair of scissors with a bottle opener as part of the scissor blade.It is also very nice looking. The black storage block is a more modern style compared to just a wooden block. The handles match the block and the gold trim looks good also. Everything you would need in a kitchen knife set, including a large serrated knife that is handy for lots of stuff, including bread slicing and 6 steak knives.There are better sets out there, but not for this price. It's a nice compromise of a super low price and the highest quality. Would definitely recommend.

This knife set includes a knife block to keep everything organized & ready at hand to use. It also has a knife sharpener which of course comes in handy to keep your knives sharpened (dull knives are dangerous & the reason many knife injuries occur in the kitchen). The ceramic blades helps to keep food from sticking to the knife as your cutting it (food sticking is a pet peeve), plus the handles fit better in my hands and the non slip surface will keep you safe, you don’t want any slipping accidents to occur (helps you to keep a good grasp on the knife). Plus the knives are dishwasher safe & rust resistant , extra plus 😉😁). Good knives are always welcomed by cooks, so this will make a great gift, especially if someone is just moving into a new home. They were a little light, I love a knife that has a nice weight to it, but it’s not a deal breaker) These are definitely a recommendation. 😍😇👍🏽

The Elitequo 13-piece knife set with block is a nice option for the price. It includes a good variety of knives, six steak knives, a pair of scissors, and even has a built-in sharpener on the side.While the set looks attractive on the counter, the quality feels a bit on the lower side. The handles are plastic, and the block has a few small imperfections. That said, it’s a great budget friendly option if you’re looking for a complete set without spending too much.
